Want to make a quilt – fast? But busy with a full time job? I gotcha! Making this Throw Size quilt top in a workweek is possible with about 1-2 hours of commitment perday – trust me as living proof! I went ahead and broke down the process below, which felt comfortably manageable to execute while working a 40+ hour workweek as a school teacher:
Day 1: Cutting – That’s it, just cut.
Day 2: Strip Piecing, Flying Geese Prep, and Other sewing prep.
Day 3: Finish Flying Geese and Most of Block 1.
Day 4: Finish Block 1 and start piecing Block 2.
Day 5: Finish both blocks and piece the quilt together – Tada, a quilt top in a week =)
This pattern is super fun and fast to make – check out the pattern and purchase it here.
